At Gems by Divine (GBD), we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below you’ll find information about our shipping and returns processes. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. The shipping time can be delayed by time spent in Customs which is beyond our control.


Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns accepted if customer emails back to us within a 3-day inspection period after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unused and undamaged items within [30 days] from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, and unaltered condition.
  • In their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges
